Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Once your order is processed and handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 days.
Q: Which shipping company do you use? A: All our international and domestic orders are shipped securely via the official Turkish postal service, PTT.
Q: How are the products packaged? A: Every t-shirt is carefully inspected and shipped in our custom-designed pardoxwear packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? A: Yes. Please note that all return shipping costs and associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
