At pardoxwear.com, we want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Every t-shirt you purchase is carefully inspected and packed in our custom, specially designed packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, reflecting the quality of our brand.
Shipping and Delivery Timeframes All our international and domestic orders are shipped via the official Turkish postal service, PTT. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you will be notified.
The estimated delivery time for your shipments is between 7 to 10 days after dispatch. Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery estimates, international shipping times can occasionally be affected by local customs processing or local postal service delays in the destination country.
Our 14-Day Return Policy We stand behind the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. Therefore, we offer a straightforward 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping Costs Please read this carefully before initiating a return: All shipping costs and any associated fees (such as customs duties) for returning an item are the sole responsibility of the buyer. pardoxwear.com does not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping expenses. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (via PayTR or Iyzico) within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.
